Thank you for choosing Webio for your website and online-store development needs.
We value transparency and want every client to feel fully confident when working with us.
Below is our official Refund & Returns Policy.

1. No Refund After Project Delivery

Because our services are digital and custom-built, completed projects are non-refundable once delivered or approved by the client.

All work—including website design, store setup, integrations, and custom features—is created specifically for each client and cannot be “returned.”

2. Refunds Before Work Begins

You are eligible for a full refund only if:

  • You request a cancellation before we start the project,
  • And before any design or development work begins.

Once we start working on your project, the refund option changes (see below).

3. Partial Refund During the Work Phase

If you cancel the project after work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the amount of work already completed.

  • If less than 30% of the project is done → Up to 50% refund
  • If more than 30% is done → No refund available
  • Work like domain purchases, hosting, premium plugins, and paid tools cannot be refunded, even if the project is cancelled

4. Domain, Hosting, and Premium Plugins

Domain names, hosting plans, themes, and premium plugins are purchased from third-party providers.

These services are non-refundable, as they follow the rules of the provider.

Webio is not responsible for refunds issued by domain/hosting companies (Hostinger, Namecheap, etc.).

5. Revisions & Fixes Instead of Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, Webio provides:

  • Free revisions (as included in your package)
  • Fixes for technical issues
  • Adjustments to meet the previously agreed requirements

Our priority is to ensure that you receive the website or store you expected.

6. Failed Communication or No Response

If the client becomes unresponsive for 14 days or more, the project will be considered completed and no refund will be provided.
