Webio does not sell physical products.


3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information, content, and required materials for completing the project.
  • Approve designs, revisions, or changes in a timely manner.
  • Respect the agreed timelines for feedback and communication.
  • Ensure any provided text or media does not violate copyright or law.

4. Payments

  • All payments must be made before project delivery unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prices depend on the selected service plan (Basic, Standard, Pro, etc.).
  • Hosting and domain fees may be billed separately depending on the package.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds follow our Refund & Returns Policy, available on our website.
No refunds are issued after final delivery of the website or store unless a technical error is caused directly by Webio.


6. Project Timeline

  • Estimated timelines are provided for each project.
  • Delays caused by the client’s late responses, missing content, or change requests are not counted within the agreed timeline.
  • Large revisions or new features may require additional fees.

7. Revisions

  • Each service plan includes a specific number of revisions.
  • Additional revisions beyond the plan limit may incur extra charges.

8. Ownership & Licensing

  • After full payment, the client owns the website content, design, and structure.
  • Webio may use the completed project in our portfolio unless the client requests removal.
  • Any licensed plugin, theme, or software remains subject to its original licensing terms.

9. Hosting & Domain

If the client chooses Webio to manage hosting/domain:

  • Webio acts on behalf of the client using client information.
  • Renewals are the client’s responsibility unless enrolled in a maintenance plan.
  • Failure to pay renewal fees may lead to service suspension from the hosting provider.

10. Integrations & Third-Party Services

Webio may integrate third-party tools such as:

  • Google Sheets
  • WhatsApp
  • Payment gateways
  • Delivery services
  • Plugins & extensions

Webio is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or failures from external services.


11. Limitation of Liability

Webio is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue from website downtime caused by hosting or third-party tools.
  • Damages caused by client modifications, plugin conflicts, or added software not installed by Webio.
  • Security breaches or hacking caused by weak client passwords or unmanaged sites.

12. Website Maintenance

Unless the client subscribes to a maintenance plan:

  • Webio is not responsible for updates, backups, or security after project delivery.
  • Paid maintenance is available upon request.

13. Termination

Webio may terminate a project if:

  • The client uses the website for illegal activities.
  • Payments are incomplete.
  • Abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behavior occurs.

No refunds are issued for terminated contracts unless stated in the Refund Policy.
