No Refund After Project Delivery<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"532\" data-end=\"666\">Because our services are digital and custom-built, <strong data-start=\"583\" data-end=\"624\">completed projects are non-refundable<\/strong> once delivered or approved by the client.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"668\" data-end=\"815\">All work\u2014including website design, store setup, integrations, and custom features\u2014is created specifically for each client and cannot be \u201creturned.\u201d<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"817\" data-end=\"820\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"822\" data-end=\"858\"><strong data-start=\"825\" data-end=\"858\">2. Refunds Before Work Begins<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"859\" data-end=\"906\">You are eligible for a <strong data-start=\"882\" data-end=\"897\">full refund<\/strong> only if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"910\" data-end=\"971\">You request a cancellation <strong data-start=\"937\" data-end=\"968\">before we start the project<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"910\" data-end=\"971\">And before any design or development work begins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1025\" data-end=\"1102\">Once we start working on your project, the refund option changes (see below).<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1107\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1109\" data-end=\"1155\"><strong data-start=\"1112\" data-end=\"1155\">3. Partial Refund During the Work Phase<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1156\" data-end=\"1306\">If you cancel the project <strong data-start=\"1182\" data-end=\"1208\">after work has started<\/strong>, you may be eligible for a <strong data-start=\"1236\" data-end=\"1254\">partial refund<\/strong>, depending on the amount of work already completed.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1310\" data-end=\"1374\">If less than 30% of the project is done \u2192 Up to <strong data-start=\"1358\" data-end=\"1372\">50% refund<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1310\" data-end=\"1374\">If more than 30% is done \u2192 No refund available<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1310\" data-end=\"1374\">Work like domain purchases, hosting, premium plugins, and paid tools <strong data-start=\"1497\" data-end=\"1519\">cannot be refunded<\/strong>, even if the project is cancelled<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1555\" data-end=\"1558\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1560\" data-end=\"1606\"><strong data-start=\"1563\" data-end=\"1606\">4. Domain, Hosting, and Premium Plugins<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1607\" data-end=\"1705\">Domain names, hosting plans, themes, and premium plugins are purchased from third-party providers.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1707\" data-end=\"1787\"><strong data-start=\"1707\" data-end=\"1744\">These services are non-refundable<\/strong>, as they follow the rules of the provider.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1789\" data-end=\"1890\">Webio is not responsible for refunds issued by domain\/hosting companies (Hostinger, Namecheap, etc.).<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1892\" data-end=\"1895\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1897\" data-end=\"1943\"><strong data-start=\"1900\" data-end=\"1943\">5. Revisions &amp; Fixes Instead of Refunds<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1944\" data-end=\"2009\">If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, Webio provides:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2013\" data-end=\"2059\">Free revisions (as included in your package)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2013\" data-end=\"2059\">Fixes for technical issues<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2013\" data-end=\"2059\">Adjustments to meet the previously agreed requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2151\" data-end=\"2228\">Our priority is to ensure that you receive the website or store you expected.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2230\" data-end=\"2233\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2235\" data-end=\"2280\"><strong data-start=\"2238\" data-end=\"2280\">6.
