Client Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"999\" data-end=\"1020\">The client agrees to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1023\" data-end=\"1114\">Provide accurate information, content, and required materials for completing the project.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1023\" data-end=\"1114\">Approve designs, revisions, or changes in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1023\" data-end=\"1114\">Respect the agreed timelines for feedback and communication.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1023\" data-end=\"1114\">Ensure any provided text or media does not violate copyright or law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1315\" data-end=\"1318\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1320\" data-end=\"1338\"><strong data-start=\"1323\" data-end=\"1338\">4. Hosting &amp; Domain<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2578\" data-end=\"2631\">If the client chooses Webio to manage hosting\/domain:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2634\" data-end=\"2696\">Webio acts on behalf of the client using client information.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2634\" data-end=\"2696\">Renewals are the client\u2019s responsibility unless enrolled in a maintenance plan.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2634\" data-end=\"2696\">Failure to pay renewal fees may lead to service suspension from the hosting provider.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2870\" data-end=\"2873\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2875\" data-end=\"2921\"><strong data-start=\"2878\" data-end=\"2921\">10. Integrations &amp; Third-Party Services<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2922\" data-end=\"2968\">Webio may integrate third-party tools such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2971\" data-end=\"2986\">Google Sheets<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2971\" data-end=\"2986\">WhatsApp<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2971\" data-end=\"2986\">Payment gateways<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2971\" data-end=\"2986\">Delivery services<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2971\" data-end=\"2986\">Plugins &amp; extensions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3071\" data-end=\"3161\">Webio is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or failures from external services.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3163\" data-end=\"3166\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"3168\" data-end=\"3202\"><strong data-start=\"3171\" data-end=\"3202\">11. Website Maintenance<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3534\" data-end=\"3585\">Unless the client subscribes to a maintenance plan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"3588\" data-end=\"3672\">Webio is not responsible for updates, backups, or security after project delivery.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3588\" data-end=\"3672\">Paid maintenance is available upon request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"3720\" data-end=\"3723\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"3725\" data-end=\"3747\"><strong data-start=\"3728\" data-end=\"3747\">13.
